Pacific Science & Engineering (PSE) is seeking highly qualified professionals to join our full-time technical staff in three different positions. We are hiring for applied cognitive scientists, human factors engineers, and visual designers. PSE is a San Diego-based, employee-owned, small business, specializing in human factors engineering, research and development services, for clients worldwide. We take a scientific approach to improving human performance through development and assessment of user interfaces in complex work domains, including military, national security, medical, and commercial information systems. Candidates should be capable of working flexibly in small research teams on multiple, concurrent projects, taking leading and supporting roles, as necessary. We are looking for motivated self-starters with excellent technical communication skills.
